Workshop
We were asked to conduct a marketing workshop to help a start up concept evaluate its digital marketing needs and strategy, to devise an optimal approach given budget and resource constraints.
Although we had been asked originally to put forward a website proposal, the workshop clarified the way forward and pointed to the importance of an integrated approach, in order to support a franchise proposition.
Online store
We were asked to create an online store for a small fashion business, Plum Fashion, in Twickenham.
We created an online store using Zen Cart, in order to keep costs down whilst still offering a sophisticated store engine that would enable them to manage customers, orders and stock easily. The site had to be secure and robust and link to their chosen merchant. It was built in PHP, hosted on Linux and uses SSL certificates.
Key to the project was the ability to take Zen Cart standard layout and customise this to accurately render their existing brand, look, and feel. They also wanted a site that was easy for them to maintain and for the users to make purchases.
We also trained their staff to use and maintain the store and we continue to provide support.
